Why isn't my vacancy posted?

If you posted a job opening, but it didn't show up in your live vacancies' timeline, there could be two reasons:

  1. A HirePort Client Success Manager will always review your vacancy. They will verify that the vacancy contains all the required information and that it is correctly filled out. The checkup will take no more than 48 hours, after which it will be ready to go live.
  2. You changed the department setting in the vacancy to one to which you are not assigned. This setting can be found on the job editing page --> at Job info --> Department.
  3. There is no 'domain' selected. This setting can be found on the job editing page --> at Job info --> Domain.
