We currently work with a points system. With this system we're improving te recruitment process by promoting quality candidates, increasing visibility, and rewarding successful matches.

  1. Stand out with less competition: Limited credits per job enhance your chances of making a great match.
  2. Quality over quantity: Focus on presenting top candidates, saving time and effort.
  3. Get rewarded: Earn a credit back when your candidate is invited for an interview, celebrating your success.

Starting now, you'll see a certain number of points for each job. These points represent the number of candidates you can introduce. When your candidate is invited for an interview, you'll receive a credit back, allowing you to propose an additional candidate.
