Salary package

In this article you'll find information about the salary package.

  • Salary; we provide the salary range for the job, which is discussed with the client. 
    When introducing a candidate, enter the desired gross monthly salary the candidate wants for this vacancy (this is without lease budget or other secondary benefits).
    • Annual salary: The annual salary is including holiday allowance and fixed bonus (*Fee is calculated based on annual salary EXCL. Bonus/ OTE). Annual salary is calculated by: month gross salary x 12,96 (12 months + 0,96 holiday allowance)
    • Gross monthly salary is without holiday allowance, lease budget etc.

Tip: the salary must be in line with the skillset of the candidate. The maximum amount given is for a 100% match. Most of the time, candidates who are introduced above the salary range will be rejected.

You have the option to specify the salary package when introducing a candidate. If you can’t specify the package please enter zero (except for salary per month).
