Candidate introduction; how to introduce a candidate successfully

When you're introducing a candidate to a company, it's important to deliver a full and accurate profile of the candidate. This is the first impression of a candidate!

When introducing a candidate, you have the opportunity to give more information about:

  • Introduction candidate: Enter information about the candidate's background, most relevant experience or current situation
  • Why is it a match: Share information about relevant expertise and skill set of the candidate related to the vacancy
  • Reason next step: Share information about why the candidate wants to change jobs/ why is the candidate interested in this company? etc.
  • Comments: Share any relevant information which the company needs to know (e.g about visa, living situation etc).

A clear summary of 4-6 lines per topic is ideal.
